1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted coffee beans. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact our support.

2. Merchandise

Unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
